this classic DC image, dated 1984-89, shows a city, in x-ray vision, with people, vehicles, simple blobs passing through below...

it is a mechanical (therefore analogue) collage, done with a process camera that i built myself, years before the digital transformation blew all that technology (and those jobs) away.

guess what - some 30 years later i am digitising this image - it is getting a new life in a new dimension !
